Google classroom as a constructive tool for effective teaching and learning.
Google class is one of the best constructive tools that are used in online teaching and learning. Many are aware of this tool as they made best use of it during the Covid-19 pandemic. The tool is very stimulating and it has very good features. Teachers can create and collect paperless lessons and assignments where instant feedback makes learning rich. Teachers can attach topic related files, pdf, video link, PowerPoint presentation with Audio for better comprehension of the students. With the use of Google classroom, learning becomes more easy and meaningful. Different features are there such as Quiz to assist their learning and to keep track of their teaching and learning.
I have created a Google classroom for class V section ‘A’ for a science subject.
Following are the procedures about the creation of Google classroom.

Math's lesson for class I
Topic:
Numbers to 20
Informative tool; Camtasia video tutorial
This is Math lesson for the grade one. I made
Camtasia video tutorial as an informative tool to make teaching and learning
more effective and enjoyable. The video tutorial is made to use during lesson
input. Children learn numbers to 20 using counters and will also know counting
till number 20.
Through this video tutorial, we will be able to cater to the needs of
different learning style of the individual. Sometime it is good to integrate
informative tools in teaching and learning in our lessons rather than following
same teaching and learning style every day. By integrating informative tools in
teaching and learning, it will boost the energy of the children to learn
better. Thus, children will be able to learn with full energy and excitement.
As a result they will be able to retain in their mind for longer duration.
Learning Activity
Activity instructions:
All the students take out their book after watching the video tutorial.
They will write group A and B in the notebook
They will match the groups
In the given alphabet they will match the correct numerical
Carry activity for 10 minutes.
End activity with cheers.
Steps to develop Camtasia video tutorial
Select the topic to be taught. (NUMBERS TO 20)
Open power point slid.
Insert empty slid.
Insert a shape or image to keep it as wallpaper.
Insert a circle shape to make counter and use animation, set after previous
with time and duration.
Write text by inserting text box accordingly.
Use animation in every image and in every word that should start after
previous always
Follow the same process till the end.
Save your work.
Now, open the Camtasia software and click record the screen to record.
Then, open power point presentation and click record to start recording.
After finishing record, use function and f10 to stop the record.
Take this clip in the Camtasia software and start editing.
After editing, save the video tutorial.
(These are some steps I followed while developing the Camtasia video
tutorial on Numbers to 20
Note: You can always try alternative steps!

English lesson plan for grade PP
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-l6f107f5QsAeEz6muLShVUBkD7w4jft/view?usp=sharing
I have
chosen English subject for class PP children to teach numbers from 1 to 10 and
its spelling. I have prepared a simulation lesson on numbers 1 to 10 using
Power point since it helps students to construct knowledge. This Power point
simulation includes all those multimedia such as text, pictures, GIF and audio
which will attract the interest of the children in learning. According to
Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligence, children have different
learning style. So, simulation could be another ways to teach children about
the numbers.
Followings
are the procedures to create Power point (Simulation)
1.
Open the Power point and click shape on the insert tab
of the Power point.
2. Add
a rectangular shape and extend the rectangular shape to the size of slide.
3. Insert
the images and GIF into the field.
4. Add
animation and transition to make it more effective.
5. Apply
different background color for each slide to make it more attractive.
6. Then
insert text box and write the topic and subject.
7. Again,
add animation to every text so that the text will appear one after another.
8. Follow
the aforementioned steps till the end of the slides.
9. Finally
add video, sound and voice narration to make the content effective.
10. To add
voice narration, go to slide show and click Record Slide Show. When we click
Record Slide Show button, there will be two options, select the Start
Recording from beginning button. Then the voice narration will be
recorded in the slide.
11. To add sound and video, go to insert button and click on video
and sound button. Insert video or sound from
their respective area.
I
have created the simulation using Power point following the aforementioned
steps to teach numbers from 1 to 10 for
the children.
Activity(Number Tracing)
Activity; Trace and write the numbers
Activity Instruction
1. Teacher
will provide a worksheet to individual children.
2.
Students have to trace and write numbers in the worksheet.
3. After
that, teacher will paste the spelling of each numbers on the wall.
4. Let
students to write the spelling of each numbers in their notebook.
5. Teacher
will collect their worksheet to check whether they are able to trace the
numbers well or not. Teacher will give addition worksheet to those children who
need improvement.
To make
more familiar with the numbers, teacher will show short videos and rhymes to
the children.
